EMSAT Testing Centre

We are proud to announce that our university is an officially recognized EMSAT Exam Center, as authorized by the Ministry of Education. We are dedicated to providing high-quality testing services to support our students in their academic journey

General Guidelines for the EmSat exam

  • Candidates must have the original Emirates ID or passport to be eligible to enter the exam (copies are not accepted).
  • It is necessary to be in the test center 30 minutes before the scheduled test time. If the candidate is 15 minutes late, they will not be allowed to take the test and will be considered absent.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to leave the test room until 30 minutes after the start of the exam and will only be allowed to leave when the invigilator verifies the exam submission.
  • It is not permitted to bring papers, smart devices, or any suspect materials to the test room.
  • Candidates must keep their personal belongings and electronic devices outside the test room in the designated area.
  • As soon as candidates enter the test room, they must place their ID cards on the examination table for the duration of the exam.
  • Each candidate will have their own access token. Please be careful when copying the code into the system at the start of the exam (one-time use only).
  • The time of the test is calculated for each candidate, so no candidate is allowed to leave the test room for any reason after the start of the test, including going to the washroom.
  • In the event of technical difficulties, such as a frozen screen or mouse, candidates should contact the invigilator immediately.
  • Once the exam is complete, candidates must click [I am done] before leaving the test room.
  • A candidate who violates the rules or attempts to cheat in any way will be penalized as follows:
    • Withholding the results of subjects where the violation was detected.
    • Candidates are allowed to re-register for the subject test in which the violation was detected after three months from the date of the test.
    • In case the candidate repeats cheating, regardless of the mechanism, they will not be allowed to retake the test for a period of six months from the date of the test.
