Message from the President

The vision of the City University Ajman is to become a distinguished, comprehensive university at the local, global, and international level. The provision of high-quality education is at the heart of this vision.
We seek academic excellence in all of our endeavors. Our major strength lies in a strong team of highly qualified faculty and dedicated administration to deliver high-quality education that is modern and interfaced with the job market. The latest technologies are employed for effective delivery and the curriculum emphasizes practice and implementation learning in its entire curriculum.
CUA holds a diverse student and faculty body, with over 50 nationalities represented on campus. We form alliances with highly reputed local and international organizations. We strive to incorporate a global perspective in all of our academic programs and activities to prepare our students for success in a rapidly changing global environment.
With a focus on excellence and leadership in education, we are committed to providing our students with a comprehensive learning environment that is forward-thinking, academically stimulating, and culturally enriching. There is a continued emphasis on enhancing student learning at CUA. Experiential learning, active learning, and integrated learning are some of the approaches that are taking students beyond the four walls of a classroom into a creative learning domain.
As a futuristic institution, we foster research and innovation at various levels. While faculty research is at the forefront of institutional priority, support for students has become an organic process. Integrating research into the teaching and learning process, while promoting innovation through special initiatives continues to engage students. As agents of research and innovation the students and faculty at CUA will undoubtedly contribute to the UAE’s national vision. Specifically, by aligning its goals with the UAE’s national vision for higher education, CUA continues to play a pivotal role in contributing to the nation’s broader objectives of economic diversification, global competitiveness, and sustainable development.
To engage and support faculty, students, and the community, CUA stands on an excellent institutional governance infrastructure that effectively operationalizes academic and administrative processes. The embedded quality assurance, risk management, and integrated accountability mechanisms the governance process maintains its efficiency.

Message from the Vice Chancellor

On behalf of CUA, I would like to extend our greetings and a warm welcome to you!
May I assure you that our main objective and vision at CUA is to offer the highest quality of education in our academic programs to enable our students to compete efficiently and effectively in the UAE, Arab countries, and regional and international labor markets. To achieve this goal, we have recruited highly qualified and experienced faculty members with various qualifications and diverse nationalities. Moreover, to facilitate the process of instruction at CUA, our faculty members utilize modern and advanced technological equipment, educational instruments, and methodologies.
Also, CUA staff members in the administrative, registration, finance and student affairs departments have been and will be very helpful in dealing with our students and those who are interested in education in general. Our new state-of-the-art campus has been very well received by the community, students, parents and stakeholders; and has contributed positively to the process of education and instruction at our University. I welcome you to visit our modern campus, explore the inspiring and inclusive CUA community, and discover the possibility of joining our academic programs in the fields of Dental Surgery, Business Administration, Law, Public Relations and Advertising, Humanities, and Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching.
