The Department of Information Technology is providing technological excellence that advances learning, teaching, research, and student formation in alignment with City University Ajman’s mission and vision. IT Helpdesk Support

Students can always contact the IT Service Desk when they have issues with their user account, email account, or Internet account or report any IT problem in a classroom or computer lab by contacting the IT station or sending an email to itsupport@cu.ac.ae.
