Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence

Eligibility Criteria and Admission Requirements:

 

High School Average/Stream

General Track : A minimum high school average of 70%.

Advanced Track : A minimum high school average of 65%.

Elite Track : A minimum high school average of 65%.

Or equivalent in standardized international curriculums.

 

Proficiency Requirements

 

1- English Requirement

One of the following English Proficiency Requirement:

  • EmSAT score of 1100 for the English Language.
  • IELTS Academic score of 5.0.
  • Paper-Based TOEFL score of 500.
  • Internet-Based TOEFL score of 61.

 

2- One of the following proficiencies requirements: 

  • Achieved 80% or above in mathematics and one science subject in high school certificate grade 12.
  • EmSAT Math (800) & EmSAT in one science subject (700) or equivalent.
  • Pass a university entrance exam with a score of 80% in one science subject
    and mathematics.

Conditional Admission Requirements

High School with an average score between 60% and less than 65% in the Advanced or Elite Track, or with an average score between 65% and less than 70% in General Track . Student must simultaneously enroll in three non-credit remedial courses.

Student must submit EmSAT Score minimum of 1100 in English, EmSat Arabic (800 )(or pass the Arabic Language course with a grade B), and EmSat Math(800)(or pass the Mathematics course with a grade B.

Required Documents

  • Official UAE secondary school certificate (or its equivalent) attested by the MOE-UAE.
  • For the Non-UAE high school curriculums, an attested official transcript along with the equivalency letter from the MOE-UAE must be provided.
  • An official valid certificate of the English & Math proficiency scores (Certificates of TOEFL or IELTS are valid for only two years, and EmSAT is valid for 18 months).
  • Copy of a valid passport.
  • Copy of UAE Identity card.
  • Copy of a valid UAE residence visa.
  • Copy of family book for UAE nationals.
  • National Service Completion certificate (for UAE Nationals).
  • Four recent white background passport-size photographs.

NOTE:  All documents presented by the applicant for admission purposes become the property of CUA and will not be returned.
